Tower Grove Manor

We at Tower Grove Manor send out a monthly postcard letting those within the StLouis area know what is going on in the neighborhood. This postcard is not directly sent from us, but a third party. We have received harassing phone calls from the customer complaint and there are usually
messages that are left during non business hours. We have tried several times to contact the customer so that we can get the address to send to the third party so they can eliminate them from the mailing list. Unfortunately, we have been unsuccessful in obtaining the address. This is why the customer is still receiving the postcard once a month. This postcard is sent out to six different area codes within the city and county. Anyone who calls to have themselves removed, we are more than happy to oblige. Now that we have a full name and address of the customer complaint, we have contacted the third party to have this customer removed from the mailing list.Please let me know if there is anything else we can do to accommodate this customer
