Tower Mart Liquor

Review: I purchase a "E-hookah watermelon flavor" for $10.85 from this store. I opened the product, and it did not work. I promptly returned seeking a replacement, and the clerk pretended like he didn't know what I was talking about. They have also over charged me repeatedly and when they do, I've noticed they use the phrase "special price only for you, my friend" I have reason to believe they do this to a lot of people.

Had the consumer come back to me and let me know that there was a problem I would have provided a full refund or a replacement. We are fully refunded by our suppliers for these products so there is no reason why I would have told him no. Please came in and see me and you will receive a full refund or a replacement which ever his prefers.
