Complaint ID *** Tower Micro LLC/ *** ***We have an 8,sq./ftstorefront and we have been in business over yearsWe have built well over 100,custom computer systems in this timeWe confidently stand by our work, our products and our reputation."*** Computers, *** *** *** ***, FL ***, ###-###-####" (referenced in *** ***'s latest communication to us) appears to be a one person computer repair shop, operating out of a residential structureThat being said, we refuse to get into an argument with an unknown third party regarding the quality of our work and we do not want to engage in an unprofessional 'battle of accusations' with *** *** and/or his computer repair person in Florida.You will find our response to *** *** enumerated below:1. We will diagnose & repair any hardware issues (arising from manufacturing defects, covered under the manufacturer warranty) with the systemIn order for us to do so we need him to bring (or ship) the system to us with the original components in it.2. Regardless of what *** *** decides to do with his system, he must return our $video card (in working order) that was loaned to him on 11/1/in attempt to resolve his problems.3. We will not pay for any hardware, software or services *** has purchased elsewhere

I am rejecting this response because:
Tower Micro never offered to ship my computer anywhere. They just kept telling me that they could not replicate the problem...They were blaming the problems I was having on the games I was playing. I asked them to build me a computer that was capable of playing the games that I was so for them to blame the game was just not right. Not all motherboard screws were the same, some were not meant for using with motherboard, became difficult to even remove.
CPU had too much thermal paste on it, which results in less than sufficient cooling and difficult and messy removal.
Power supply could be described as a fire hazard, being as low quality as it was. To put that power supply in any system, given its reputation and lack of proper weight is just stupid.
The case didn't match the motherboard, as the motherboard did not support USB 3.0 ports in the front, rendering them useless.
