This issue has been resolved with the customer *** ***The issue in contacting us was that the customer was calling a marketers cell phone instead of the office so our response wasn't as quickWe since gave *** our office phone number.
We were contacted by the customer and scheduled
one of our technicians to go out to the customers home on *** ***He found a broken wire and replaced it and verified that the unit was functioning correctly.
We then received another call from the customer on March 30th regarding his unit and we scheduled the same technician to go back the same day*** Removed the switch we had installed.
*** in our office then called the customer to make sure that everything was taken care of and that there were no more issuesThe customer stated that everything was working

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: nothing was pre existing and in regards to age it's less than years old! Fidel the supervisor who came out even stated the unit is not old and already had the energy efficient motor and that the upgrade the company did was not needed due to the type of energy efficient motor it already hadTo blame me for missing screws and poor workmanship is totally wrong, I have great pride in our house and it's condition.
resolution? I want to be sure the contract finally provided me after days that the work was done has been voidedTo insinuate any of this is my fault it is wrong, I'm not the one who took NINE times to finally fix things back.
Sincerely,*** ***

Synergy Companies is very mindful about the *** situationThere has not been conclusive evidence of the work Synergy performed to be the cause for their distressWe Treat People Right and over the last year Synergy has offered to remove the insulation and replace the duct system regardless of
a lack of evidenceWe had a date set up in the past, however the *** cancelled that date and have not requested a new one. As of today we have not received a response from the *** on a date to do that workWe have had lengthy discussions with Linda Benson and in her claim she references discussions with local legal counsel and we all have concluded that there is possibly something else that is causing her distressEven so, we hope there is a happy ending to this situation and that happiness is restored

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:This is Synergy's first response:
"We were contracted by [redacted] to remove mold from said apartment unit on 1/30/18. We completed the scope of work that [redacted] contracted us for. We also sent our field supervisor [redacted] out to the unit on the afternoon of 1/31/2018 to pick up fans and inspect work area. When we arrived no one was there to let us in, we called [redacted] left our contact a message. We then called our salesman [redacted] to advise him who also called his contact at [redacted] leaving a message as well.
From day one we were always to communicate with [redacted] not the renter. Out of frustration, [redacted] called the renter who told him he is only talking with [redacted]. ( We have a recording of that conversation if needed) Since we received this complaint from the renter we reached out again to [redacted] and are coordinating a time convenient for the renter to pick up fans and inspect work area.
Please let us know if you need any more information
Thanks [redacted]
PLEASE NOTE: "are coordinating a time convenient for the renter to pick up fans and inspect work area."Now they are saying that they did inspect.  So somehow they have miraculous discovered that they did inspect.  WOW! Utterly amazing. I don't care what report Synergy says that is has that the inspected the work.  Synergy is lying.  What day and time did Synergy arrive to do an inspection.  I arrived at my unit at 12:30pm on 1/31 and met [redacted] staff in my unit they hadn't removed anything.  Everything was the exact position that it was the day before and I have a picture and video of that.  Perhaps Synergy would like to explain why their staff showed up inspected and then resealed everything including leaving the fan running.I do believe it's time for me to escalate my complaint to the business license board and the attorney general's office.Sincerely,[redacted]

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/02/03) */
Contact Name and Title: [redacted], Manager

Visited the customers site today and resolved the issue. We did miss 12 spots to install (no cost) LED's for this...

customer. Happy we were able to get these installed for customer.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 7, 2016/02/06) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Evidence was clear the company did replace bulbs but could have avoid the issue if supervisor would have called and sent a tech out to confirm the fixtures and replaced the bulbs

In response to the complaint filed by [redacted] we have fulfilled the customer's requests.
This was part of a Utility Company program that was free of charge to the customer.
His HVAC unit had some preexisting issues that were not the result of the work Synergy completed.
That being...

said, [redacted], representatives from Synergy Companies went to the Linde home.
We replaced the blower wheel, housing, a new OEM rescue motor, inducer fan and filter housing.
The customer was happy with the work performed, and has not contacted our office with any further issues.

This is in response to [redacted] rejection complaint; First I can not answer to all of [redacted] communications via emails and voice mails with [redacted]. It is clear that we could work at communicating better with our actual clients .Synergy takes all jobs seriously and always takes air clearances when any abatement of asbestos, mold etc. is performed. Air samples were taken on 1/31/18 at the completion of the job. (Report shows job site clear) When [redacted] made his original claim with Revdex.com it was also on 1/31/18. Clearance reports take 24 hours before available.
Because the filing of the claim was just after the job was complete, [redacted] our salesman had no idea that samples were even done by crew. To make [redacted] happy, he called [redacted] to set a time to send our Supervisor to perform a visual inspection and possible pick up equipment. When our supervisor arrive at confirmed time. no one was at the job site. Our Supervisor called our salesman [redacted] who called [redacted] and left a message. The next day [redacted] called [redacted] asking for clearance which we gave them and they asked if they could move our equipment to a spare area so they could start sheet rocking. We arrived later to pick up our equipment. ( It is not unusual for contractors to take down our containment's or leave them up for their own use)
I can understand [redacted] frustration in this situation, it is difficult when a tenant is not present for all transactions, but I believe in this case Synergy did all procedure correctly and in a timely manner. Because their were three entities involved I believe caused a lot of the communication frustrations.
Hope all this makes sense. please let me know if you need any more information.
Thanks [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  Below is a series of emails that I had with [redacted] that demonstrate the following:1. I happen to arrive at my apt to see [redacted] about to remove equipment and materials left by Synergy2. When I questioned the [redacted] staff  to determine if Synergy had been out to perform an inspection of the work they had done [redacted] staff told me they were just following instructions given by the [redacted] office.3. When I called [redacted] office and spoke with [redacted] (referred to as [redacted]l in the initial email) he told me that Synergy told them it was ok for [redacted] staff to remove Synergy's equipment.  When I insisted that I was told Synergy staff that there would be an inspection the day after the work had been completed [redacted] removed their staff from the job and told me they would call Synergy.4. I received a telephone message from [redacted] stating that Synergy said they could come out an inspect.5. I received an email from [redacted] at [redacted] indicating that they were told by Synergy that it was ok for [redacted] to remove Synergy's equipment.  Additionally, [redacted] indicated that he was trying to get something in writing from Synergy confirming that Synergy had given the go ahead for [redacted] to remove Synergy's equipment without an inspection.6. I received a voicemail (which I still have) from [redacted] who indicated that there had been some sort of missing understanding and that he could have someone from Synergy come out to perform molding testing and the results would take one day to come back.7.  I called [redacted] back and left a message that I did not engage in a contractual relationship with Synergy and please contact [redacted] to determine what needs to be done to complete the job appropriately.8. I then received an email from [redacted] indicating that he was told by [redacted] that I refused to talk with him and that was fine if I wanted to [redacted] to communicated with Synergy. (Why these two companies seem to think that because I am the beneficiary of their contract that somehow they have contracted with me for mold removal is beyond my comprehension.)9.I  then called [redacted] back and left a message telling him how extremely furious I was that both Synergy and [redacted] were making out to be the angry black man when the only thing I wanted an answer to is why hadn't Snynergy the mold experts been back out to inspect.10.  At no point in time did Synergy state to me that there was a problem with entry to the apartment. In fact the only message from Synergy was that there was some misunderstanding that someone could come out to inspect which by the way NEVER HAPPENED.11. Synergy NEVER returned to inspect the work.12. [redacted]'s staff came back out and removed Synergy's equipment and materials.13. Perhaps Synergy can explain why [redacted] in their emails to me state that Snynery never had any plans to return to do an inspection and why Synergy never returned to do an inspection.14.  Synergy should keep in mind that as the mold experts and professionals it is their legal obligation to ensure that all work is completed to professional standards and codes.  If they are unable to complete the job according to professional standards and codes that they are legally obligated to the let the citizen know that that work was not completed according to professional standards and codes and the reason(s) for this so that the citizen can take all necessary action to protect himself.  Syynergy never returned to inspect the job, allowed and according the [redacted] they were given permission to remove Synergy's equipment which [redacted] did.15.  Perhaps there is an explanation from Synergy why they never returned to inspect the job which apparently they are stating they were planning on doing but never did.
Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The inital responce from the company was quite concerning as it was not a pre existing condition and to insintate such is a total disregard for customer service. The problems were noted from the begenning once I arrived home and included text messages and photos to the sales personel. The company came out 9 times to try and resolve the situation every time finding more problems to include one time when they were operating the unit the technicicn and I noted a top electrical cover moving, upon inspection he found it only had ONE screw holding it on.
They have still not answered my concern about the contract and it was noted by the final technician that the update shouldnt even have been done as it didnt apply to my unit because I already had the energy saver blower assembly. I still havent been assuured the [redacted] wasnt charged for their error either.Sincerely,[redacted]

The pre-existing condition was the age and condition of the equipment.
We have gone over and above our warranty as and have done all we could do to try to satisfy the customer with in reason.
