I'm responding to this complain in the most respectful way.I have done this job just the way is bein discribe I have seen the pics from the day of pick up I never seen the video of the day's since the truck was drop off until it was pick up, the number one reason is cause as the customer...

indicates she contacted me on 2/6 to notified me of what was going on with the truck send me the pics and agree to send me the video. As the customer discribe once again she never follow through providing me with the video and about 40 days later I receive a phone call from a gentleman telling me that was my fault and asking me for money settlement. At this point this to me just seems like another person trying to take advantage of the situation just to try to collect money. the man told me he was gonna figure out a way to send me the video via email and the next thing I know he is at my old residence testing to find me quit out any previous agreement. So he called me and ask me if he could leave the videos at the apartments office and I responded no. Now at this point I don't know who this man is I have told him I didn't have an office that's the reason why we agree to email the videos, so I'm not sure what he wants the original customer never contacted me again and this man keeps calling me and looking for me, and I told him I'm out of town and when I get back I will call you. I never did why? Cause he's not the original customer. And now he's just being a little too much. I was never disrespectful to the customer in any way never use any kind of bulgar language the way she did that day using the F word several times. So I don't see the reason to not call me and deal with me.I understand that there might be sentimental value to this truck for how old it is. But you can't try to accuse me of something base on an assumption of tailgate and a battery if you have real proof of the truck going in there with the damage all I need is that 10 second entrance that shows the damage as I'm going in the shop and I will pay for the replacement of a cover of the same value as the the original considering the wear and tear. To my knowledge this type of bed cost around $700-750, so the customer is asking for $1000 the most expensive cover for a new f150 is about $1100 this indicates me that all the customer is looking for is just money. Please provide with real proves and not assumptions and I will only talk and respond to the original customer
