Review: Car was missing on 6/21/14,called local police station and was given the info to this company. Called the number and provided my license plate # and asked if they had my car. Man that answered told me he did not know, followed by silence. Asked again, the person said he still didn't know and asked for make and model. Gave the info and for the 3rd time he said he still didn't know. At that point I got frustrated and asked why he couldn't tell me if he had my car by my plate #. He said, "ok yea we got it". I asked when I could pick up, he said "you have to wait". "Wait until when",I asked. He said he didn't know and stayed silent. At that point I again got frustrated and asked that he speak to me in full sentences. He hung up on me. I called back 4x until he answered and he told me there was nobody there to help me. The next day my mother called to get the info on cost and times of pick up. She was told to pick up by 3 pm. Arrived at 2:40pm as the only guy there was locking up. He went back in to open office and told me that I was to pay $177 & there was a $45 overnight fee. I told him I wasn't paying that since I wasn't given information last night and my car wasn't available. Told him I was hung up on. Also we drove there and the office was closed. He yelled at me "YOU WILL PAY OR YOU WON"T GET YOUR CAR". Told him I didn't think that was right.The man got up and got about 1 in. from my face in a very violent way and yelled at me. My mother had to block him from attacking me physically. We both felt threatened by the aggression and she told him to please stop as I am 7 months pregnant. He yelled "I DONT CARE IF SHES PREGNANT!!". My mother sat there and waited to make sure he didn't close the office on us while I went out to get cash since they only take cash. While she waited she noted that 2 other people were charged $77. I was charged $177- even with the erroneous fee they charged me of $45 that still doesn't add up. Seems I was overcharged on purpose and was almost physically attackedDesired Settlement: I would like for this company to be cited and for their license to be suspended. The man who runs the place is violent and this company is a threat to citizen safety. I would also like a refund for the amount I was overcharged.
