On 8/21/2019 @5:46 am my fully functioning 1992 Honda Accord was taken by All Valley Impound/Towing Professionals of Arizona, per a request made by my HOA/NorthPointe Commons, Mesa Az. 85205. Upon speaking with the HOA that afternoon it was decided that my fully functioning 1992 Honda Accord had been mistakenly placed on a tow away list - which caused it to be taken. So, the HOA informed me that my car would be returned to it's original parking space which it was taken from - no harm/no foul.
DON'T I WISH
8/21/2019 @ approx. 7:25 pm (just about dark) an All Valley Impound tow truck driver who would not tell me his name, returned to me a NON-FUNCTIONING, 1992 Honda Accord with the drivers window seal torn out/two different front wheel tires/two new headlights/a completely different front bumper/mismatched plastic side trimming/missing radiator cap/AND THE DAMNED THING WON'T EVEN TURN OVER LET ALONE START. So, towing company that uses so many different names that it is confusing (I think that's the point) WHAT THE HELL KIND OF BUSINESS ARE YOU RUNNING AND WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO TO MY CAR? My name is Karen Fitzgerald and you haven't heard the last of me. 480-969-6925.

I have gone to a great deal of effort to attempt to work this out with Mrs [redacted] Mrs [redacted] has failed to provide any proof that we did anything to damage her auto. I have supplied back up to the fact that the car was relocated using correct equipment and methods.Further She has taken legal action with the AZ Attorney Generals office. In her complaint to the Attorney General office She failed to correctly represent the facts. I have responded to The AZ Attorney General's office. In my response to the Attorney Generals office I supplied documented proof. (emails, recorded phone calls ect).Because Mrs [redacted] has taken legal action. I feel that the Revdex.com should allow the legal system to take its coarse.    Please forward me the Revdex.com official decision in this matter as soon as possible. Is it the policy of the Revdex.com involve itself in an active legal dispute. If so please forward me a copy of said policy.   As a long time member of the Revdex.com in good standing, I feel as though Mrs [redacted]  is attempting to use Revdex.com and everyone else that will listen with out regard to actual fact to harass my company for a false claim.  I feel the Revdex.com should close this matter ASAP.As I have told Mrs [redacted] and the AZ Attorney General's office, if and when I am provided with any factual information from a reputable source I will consider her claim. Until that time this claim is closed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10689687, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
hello please reopen this complaint, as I did not see the email sent to me on july 8th.In reply to Tow Pro AZ this is not a fraudulent claim..I am a busy person and do not have time for fraudulent claims.  I simply want to be reimbursed for repair expenses. The car had some external damage to passenger side door which has nothing to do with damage to rear driver strut.  Owner says photos were taken of the car prior to the tow.  Those photos will clearly show this damage to strut did not exist prior to the tow.  I am attaching photos of the damaged area and photos of the other wheel areas showing the difference in height of car body to wheel. Owner say he has never spoken with my mechanic, if that is true, then who told him he could not view the car?  I certainly did not as I did want owner to see the damages.  I have no idea who told owner he could not view the car.  Please clarify that. Owner may have followed procedure, however fact is the car was damaged and was clearly visible when it was retrieved after the tow.I am also attaching under a separate email information from the owners manual showing the tow switch MUST be activated prior to towing.I have used the mechanic I chose a few times prior and was happy and satisfied with his work.  He was referred to me so I did not feel the need to investigate him.I have sent these same  attached photos to owner of tow company over a month ago.  So why would I say there were no photos?I am still waiting for invoicing from mechanic to submit. [redacted]

Towing Professionals of Arizona were amazing! My insurance company was having trouble finding a towing company that could help me when I broke down at midnight. They were the only ones who could help me and in a reasonable time! Ron was great! Super nice and polite. They didn't even charge me a ton. Such a pleasant experience.

While in route from Tucson, AZ to Pine Top, AZ in my 2007 40 foot Country Coach motor home, the Caterpiller C-9 de-rated for excessive heat 22 miles east of Globe, AZ. I called [redacted] in Show Low, AZ and spoke with [redacted], the lead mechanic and he recommended I call [redacted] in Phoenix, AZ to bring the coach to him. After calling [redacted] they sent a 36 ton truck to my position driven by a true professional that performed the proper task of towing a diesel pusher motor home. The driver/mechanic [redacted] was extremely courteous and handled the whole task with ease.

Towing professionals of Arizona handled my car well and was at the scene of the accident to pick up my car quickly. They tow person was very polite and handled everything perfectly. However when you actually get to the impound lot, everything falls apart. Their policies at the [redacted] location are quite backwards. They won't even let you see your car even if you have a tow slip which states the vehicle information and your name on it, under the rule that they must see registration before anything else.

When actually going to see your car, only one person is allowed in the lot. I needed to grab several things from my car, and had to take extra pictures of the damage done to my car. Since I was the only one allowed to go into the lot, it took my longer than normal to do all the things I needed to do.

With that said, the supervisor then complained to me that he doesn't have all day to wait around for me to finish when he can be helping other customers.

I do understand that the employees have to follow the rules, but if the rules themselves were changed to allow customers to have a better experience at the yard, then it would be a win win situation for all.

Review: My 2000 Mercedes Benz S500 was towed from my apartment home by management due to their resurfacing the parking lot in April of 2015. The vehicle was damaged as it was towed without activating the tow-away protection switch inside the vehicle on the dashboard. Thousands of dollars of damage were caused to the struts and hydraulics as a result, quote from mechanic is over $3,000.00 to complete repairs. This make and model must have the switch activated prior to tow as it will damage the vehicle. I have statements from Mercedes Benz mechanics, the previous owner of the vehicle, my mechanic and the Mercedes owners manual clearly states this switch must be activated prior towing. I have filed a claim for reimbursement of damage costs with the owner, and have spoken with him via telephone. Owner refuses to take responsibility for damages. He stated he will not file a claim with his insurance company, he has 30 tow trucks and filing a claim with his insurance company may increase his premium. Owner of company has not offered to personally reimburse me for the damages either, as he has an extremely defensive attitude when I have spoken with him on the telephone. Owner also has not responded to any of the emails sent to him as follow up to our phone conversations. This is not the type of treatment I would expect from any business owner when dealing with a legitimate complaint, he has treated me in a very unprofessional manner, accused me of lying and had not even as much as apologized to me until after several conversations with him when I pointed that out to him. I am a hard working single woman that just wants her car fixed and the repair expenses reimbursed to me. I have spent thousands of dollars for repairs already for repairs and transportation to and from work and the vehicle still is not fixed.Desired Settlement: That owner either personally pay me for repair of damage costs and transportation costs to my work or file a claim with his insurance company to reimburse me for repair of damage costs and transportation.

Review: My vehicle a 1979 [redacted] was reported by someone to be towed. [redacted] and driver named [redacted] from AZ Towing Professionals showed up to my residence at 6:42pm on Saturday May 24th to tow my vehicle without any notice. Vehicle is a 4 wheel drive with locking hubs. [redacted] stated they were out 2 nights prior at 3am to take pictures of vehicle and put a sticker on it. [redacted] stated [redacted] requested vehicle to be towed for expired tags. I asked vehicle be towed with proper equipment such as a flat bed truck because it is a 4 wheel drive. Driver [redacted] proceeded to hook up my truck to a Shamrock hook and chain tow truck, that only suspends 2 wheels. When I received my vehicle back I had it towed on a flatbed. When it was lowered off of flatbed vehicle was able to be pushed forward while in park. Transmission is damaged in my vehicle due the way it was improperly towed. I have contacted the company multiple times to file a claim and have gotten the run around and told I would get a return phone call. If they came out and took pictures previously they should have known which type of equipment it needed to be towed with.Desired Settlement: The damages to my vehicle need to be repaired. I will be getting estimates on the transmission repaired.
