Differences were discussed and some of the work had not been completed by our sub-contractorA full refund was issued for the differences and the customer stated she was happy and would retract her complaint
After meeting with customer and going over his complaints, the customer realized some of his concerns were manufacture defects not the fault of Town and Country Collision Repair. He agreed to retract his complaint on Town and Country Collision Repair.
