I am uncomfortable bringing the vehicle back to them to be checked. I feel it is obvious that the vehicle was misrepresented by the dealer and the inspection station it was "inspected"...
at and have no confidence in either.I have provided documentation to show what the issues with the vehicle are. All of these issues would not spontaneously arise in a month. It's extremely unlikely. If need be, I will get the vehicle towed to a local shop to be diagnosed and estimated, as I have been directed by a representative of the DMV safety complaint bureau that the vehicle in its current condition is unsafe and not road-worthy.Attached are parts receipts and a service description from a shop that the vehicle has already been to, as well as what has been sent to the DMV.Thanks,[redacted]
