Town and Country Grooming

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did not post the pic on facebook No one from the business ever apologized to me nor did they offer me a refund I understand and did at the time about the eye drainage or "boogers", as she suggested My husband had washed the dogs eye drainage and we knew that there was not an accumulation I thought the business should have seen the injury when it happened and informed me when I picked up the dog I never raised my voice on the phone.I would like my money returned but I will not have any further contact with the business I tried to solve and they hung up on me and lied about the contact Thank you for your help Regards, [redacted] ***

When the client called back to ask about her pet. My manager, [redacted], asked if she could possibly send us a picture of the wound so that we could see what she was talking about. Her pet did not get a haircut but only a bath and brush. [redacted] did not know of any hing that happened to the pet and...

the bathers had not arrived to work yet that morning. Ms [redacted] became very upset that [redacted] asked for a picture. And thought that we didn't believe the dog had a injury. And that was not the case at all. We only needed a picture to remind and show us what she was talking about. The client became so upset and was raising her voice on the phone that my manager hung up the phone. When the pet bathers arrived to work that morning [redacted] asked [redacted] if she knew about a injury to this clients dog. [redacted] told [redacted] that there was a lot of eye boogers on that area and they had to be soaked off. And also that this soar was under all the dried up eye booger accumulation. The client then came in the grooming salon to apologize for her rudeness over the phone and [redacted] told her that we only wanted the picture to see what she was talking about. Not to accuse her of anything. We would never.  The lady got upset all over again raising her voice. [redacted] tried to give her her money back and she didn't want it. I will gladly give her her money back and a free grooming which is what I do anytime I have a problem. I want our clients to be happy. We love and care for our 4 legged babies very much. I don't understand how this client could have gotten so upset. She has also gone on other websites to badmouthing our business. In which other groomers have came to our defense saying that this is a common area for soars because of tears and allergy build up. People I didn't know. The clients daughter wrote on my Facebook page and I apologized and told her how to treat the wound. I don't know what else to do. I have apologized twice. She is welcome to her money but refused.
