My name is Randy H***,I am owner of the Town Center Laundromat Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Town Center Laundromat. Anytime that we receive any type of complaint, we try to address it and something as simple as a refund is usually done without
question. We did not receive a request for a refund from this individual or we would have paid it, also now that we have, we are sending it out immediatelyIt is possible someone else pulled it from the suggestion box. Our phone numbers are clearly posted above the change machine, there is also signs with a phone number for Oregon Security Cowhich patrols the facility at night (since we are open hrs.). We are sorry that this customer had trouble with one of our machines.Thank YouRandy H***

[redacted]  >>>I accept the response from Randy but again, if someone / a person / people are somehow taking things out of the suggestion box then this outfit needs to change its operation of how things are handled there. The suggestion box that I put the (originally photographed that evening and later sent on to the Revdex.com) information on a piece of paper, of my friend who had lost money in that particular laundromat, had been taken out, then I am not impressed. The slot was VERY thin and how someone can get something out of there is beyond my intelligence. Also how long it took for Randy to respond to the complaint wasn't too impressive either and even when he did, he only sent 66% of the monies owed to my blind friend.He did call me and left a message last night, which was TWENTY NINE DAYS since the money was lost in the laundromat. I'm now closing this complaint and thank you Revdex.com for helping out, as nothing was done prior to your intervention.
