Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]We had a conference call March 17, which I demanded to get this complete.March 22nd @ 9am I was susposed to meet Ms [redacted] and [redacted] Loch at the property At 9:am [redacted] and another company rep arrived This company rep is not allowed on my property and they were well aware of the issues She did not advise me she wasn't coming because I would have rescheduled We were to go over scope She did not return my email or call and told Ginny to put lien on house.March 23rd I reached by cell and something came up sent someone in place She was very well aware that it was to be her The repairs to the house are not complete very easy to see thatI have been telling them this since before it failed inspection the 1st time 9/and then again in Nov Regards, [redacted] ***
