On 8/17/19 at 1200pm my vechile was repoed I tried to call them but they were closed and there were closed Sunday as well so I called them to see how much will be getting my vehicle out they $1,775.16 and wrecker fee $500.00 total $2,371.34 I even told them to repeat that to me and they did. So the next day on 8/20/19 at 1230pm I asked to pay the amount of $2,371.34 they said no It will be $1,776.02 and wrecker fee $596.18 total $2,443.37 I don't understand why they feel the need to say the a different amount. Then when I got the jeep got they said that I cut the GPS off which is not true, and the GPS was on the vehicle, how would you figure that located the jeep by GPS and that I noticed the mechanic take the GPS out of my jeep and additional they me to pay $200.00 the the missing GPS at which I saw him take it out

In response to the complaint, Town & Country had not received a payment or any contact from the customer. We pulled history on the GPS unit that was installed on the vehicle prior to purchase, and the unit showed disabled 71 days but Town & Country used last know location to locate the vehicle.
On Sunday, August 17, Town & Country repossessed the vehicle. Customer called on Monday the 19th, I Joanna, advised what the charges were to get the vehicle back. I also advised customer of the other charges that were associated with the vehicle, The price to get the vehicle back was quoted for a cash price, the customer came in on August 20to pay and he had a credit card, I advised there was a 3/o charge for using the card, he stated that was fine, so I ran the card for the agreed amount. I then advised him we needed to remove the GPS unit from the vehicle and that is when we discovered it had been removed. Our policy is to charge the customer our price for the unit. He was also aware of this.
