I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
In order for this to be resolved they either need to give us money towards new carpet or fix the problem as Ms*** has stated in her email "*** has higher standards for our installations and is very disappointed our other installers did not do the re-stretch properly as we had sent the power stretcher with them, I personally pulled it and saw it loaded on the van, both timesWith that he feels we should at least try to re-stretch the carpet again as per the inspection reportOnce it is completed this way there should not be any issues, if there is we can revisit with the mill and will have more ammunition with mill once the power stretcher is used." I am upset that I had to contact the BB as I emailed her that day (and other times) the installers came out and did not hear back from herIn the inspection report it states that all rooms had to be re-stretchedThe installers did not even go into the other roomsI was out with the dog for minutes thinking they would be a whileThey were there for about a half hourKeep in mind not all rooms could be emptied all at once as I would have no place to put everything (the whole upstairs is carpeted) This could of been prevented if I was told what room they were going to start in as I could of cleared that room out Also, how do I know the previous installer that came out used the right tools considering the last installer did not do it properly?
