Made a 9am appointment with *** to get a price quotation at my homeHe called at 9:15am to say he was on his wayDidn't arrive until 10:10amUpon arrival, I attemped to show him a plan and spec of what I had in mindHe brusquely brushed me off saying he didn't want to see the plans and to simply show himSo when I began to show him what I had and mind, he asked what fence style I wantedWhen I pointed out that that was what I intended to show him in the plan and spec, he replied "..I don't have time for this and your attitude - get yourself someone else..."He was extremely rude and had a major chip on his shoulderDefinitely do not recommendPlenty of other fencing contractors out thereIn deep contrast to ***, the two other fencing contractors I obtained quotes from were very professional and cordial

I made an appointment for T&C to come visit my site on Tuesday. The appointment was for the following day, Wednesday between 4 - 5. That's all the information I was given. At 3:45 on Wednesday a call came in but I was outside watering plants and waiting for T&C. I picked up the message and called T&C back around 4:20, I was told that because I didn't confirm my appointment when they called earlier that they would not be out and this was normal operating procedure for them. They could have told me that when I placed the appointment. I got a vibe that said 'we don't feel like coming out because we said so!" Bad strategy.
I prefer working with organizations that want to do business with us. T&C you lost well over 300 feet of fencing business.
