She was HATEFUL and hung up on me before I even had the chance to speak with her!!! Any kind of customer relationship you have with us is severedAnd we will retract any recommendations to our family members (who are actually in the market for a new vehicle right now) due to the poor handling of this situationBottom line: if you refuse to help your customer and talk to them like a dog, you do not need to work in customer service! when you come off with a hateful attitude, you should expect one in return! After spending thousands at your store, you would think the least we could get in return is someone respectful and considerate to help us with our concernsTo say I am disappointed is an understatement!
