Well we purchase used vehicles on May 9th from this dealership to replace our other vehicles that were damage in the hail storm in April We worked with [redacted] , he was a great salespersonVery helpfulWell after leaving the dealership close to midnight, I was too tired to thinkThe next day I realize that one of the vehicle( Kia Forte) only had one remote for the vehicleI brought that to the attention of [redacted] He said that we would have to take to his supervisorHe finally said that he would be able to get the second remote at the dealer costI wasn't too happy with thatI have just brought a vehicle for World Car Nissan and I was able to get a second remote at no costSo as I though more about it I wasn't happy...time went by and I noticed that other vehicle (mustang) didn't have a key at all in both remotesI spoke with [redacted] about it and he said he would have to take with his supervisor to see what can be doneHe also told me that they might have to get would

I traded in my Ford Expedition that was purchased at Southway Ford to a GMC dealership The dealer sent the payoff check to Southway Ford as instructed Southway Ford held the check for over months not paying off the vehicle which required me to keep paying on it the entire time or face penalties and a negative credit impact despite the fact that it was no longer my vehicle I called them multiple times asking them to process the payoff check to no avail Finally after multiple complaints from both myself and the GMC dealership, Southway processed the payoff check from GMC I was informed by my salesperson at Southway that I'd receive back the payments that I made after trading it in once the check was processed since it was made out for the original payoff amount at the time of trade-in I was told that my continued payments would create an overage which would be returned to me It's been over months and I still have not received my payments back from Southway When I

On March we sold a ford fusion to a customer the customer test drove the vehicle was completely happy with the vehicle being sold to them I mentioned to them that it had some recalls and they agreed to leave the vehicle with us to take the car to get the recalls done On March 05,I took the vehicle ford fusion to southway ford to get some recalls done after days of being there I was contacted that the car was ready to goI picked it up friday about lunch time I drove it off after driving it for about miles the car started to jerk when it hit certain gears as I was driving and pull on the gears Also when I would put the car in drive or reverse it would jerk It was not doing either of these things before I took the car in to get the recalls done I called the service department and requested to speak to a service manager his name is [redacted] that same day and he said that when the recalls were done that the battery was disconnected and that the car had

A vehicle was purchased on Feb 10th 2016 a 2014 super duty . I traded in a 2008 vehicle and gave a 1000 deposit.. following day check engine light turned on vehicle was taken to the dealer and supposedly was fixed 2 days later same issue and again dealer said everything ok . On Feb 20 2016 we again engine light on took vehicle back and was told it would be looked at and be ready by Monday with no option for a rental car On Monday go back speak to the main sales superior and told us that we can take it back and If any other issues he will cancel contract and give us the deposit back. The same night engine light on again returned it back on Feb 23rd and [redacted] supervisor said they threw away the licence plates from the trade in but will happy to get that replaced and deposit will be refunded. I filled out a form that comes in the bill once a monthIf you recommend the facility to someone and they move in, you are supposed to get a $1,credit off your billEvery month the bill comes w/o that deduction so I callDirector promises to take care of it with main officeShe can't get anyone to fix this eitherThey sent a form which I had to include with her income taxShe has paid taxes on this and hasn't even gotten itI have enclosed a copy of the form that comes with the bill each month
