Review: We purchased a [redacted] washing machine from Town and Country in Feb. 2012. October of this year (2014) it started making an intermittent noise only when the machine was agitating. We called Town and Country and they sent out a repairman. He check the machine out and could not figure out what the problem was. He called [redacted] and they told him to replace a pulley, which he did. After he made the repair, he did not check to see if the problem was taken care of. The intermittent noise returned the next time we washed clothes. We called again and they sent out the same repairman. He still didn't know what the problem was. He tried to get a [redacted] serviceman to come out and take a look with no success. Noise still continues.

While waiting for the noise problem to be resolved, the motor grounded out and the machine would trip the ground fault breaker when you tried to use it. We called Town and Country and they told us to call the repairman. We did and he ordered a new motor on my word that the motor was grounded. He replaced the motor. He left with out trying the machine again. We started to wash a load of clothes and the machine started making a loud continuous noise and shaking and the smell of burnt rubber started to appear. I checked the machine and the repairman did not get the belt back on properly. We called him again and he came back and replaced the belt. He correctly replaced the belt this time.

We called [redacted] and explained what was going on. They suggested we call another serviceman. We tried, no luck. The machine is still under [redacted]'s warranty and no other [redacted] dealers will service the machine while it is still under warranty. We called Town and Country again and the serviceman said he did not know what to do. When we call Town and Country they immediately tell us to contact the repairman. [redacted] says we must work through the Dealer. The repairman can't get any help. We don't know what to do.

Machine is still under warranty and it runs out in Feb. of 2015. If the machine breaks after this date from this noise, we're stuck with the repair.

We want someone to either fix the problem or replace the machine.Desired Settlement: We want the machine repaired correctly or replaced.
