Hello [redacted] ,I called last week to try to go over this this complaint with you but was not successful in getting through to anyoneWe regret that Ms [redacted] had a upsetting experience After researching her scenario with my Management team, it appears that there was obviously a misunderstanding When a consumer completes the online credit app from our website; they automatically approve for us to try to get them approved for a loan at a good interest rate (if their credit allows or it) once they have clicked the terms and agreement boxOur records show that her daughter submitted her online application at 10:48am that morning Our records also show that she had originally been approved at an interest rate of 6.6% when she came to us seeking assistance for a vehicle purchase, however we were able to get her a rate of 2.99%, which would have saved her $over the term of the loan Also, our records show that we only sought approval from five banks; not eight Capital One, Rivermark, Chase, Ally and Columbia Credit Union We tried reaching the customer numerous times to discuss this, however we were unsuccessful in doing so Perhaps they shopped elsewhere as well and perhaps her credit was run somewhere else too?
