I went into the location Town & country Virginia Beach Virginia project coming there I was told that a washing and cutting was *** I have a *** I found out later that they charged me a higher rate then other customers
Refund I want an apology oh, I want the charges explained in detail, I want to know why the other customers were charged $35 for the same thing they charge me $45 for I just happened to find out because we were waiting for these unprofessional unethical people to show up and they were almost an hour late and the customers got to talkin and they told me what they were charged it was only by accident that I found out it is unprofessional and unethical the charge one customer one Price than the other cus it is unprofessional and unethical the charge one customer one Price than the other customer another
All of our groomings on dogs start out at $45 and go up depending on size and condition of matting our price has been *** and up for a grooming since January 2019. Are grooming package for includes ears toenails anal gland bath and haircut and will cost more if you get extras such as teeth or Nails filed or if your animal is matted. The only reason the other customer could have been charged less is if they did not get a grooming. As we tried to explain before when the customer was in our shop that they were not overcharged and we are very sorry if they do feel that way but this is our standard pricing for all customers.
