Review: A large water pipe broke in my part of 3 garages on Oct. 8th, and I called the Town & Country office 5 times to get help. Not until Oct.19th did a neighbor put some tape around it but not before several pieces of furniture that I had stored out there were damaged with mold and the rancid water that was still there. The pipe broke again on Nov. 7th and was told a plumber would be out the next day to fix it. A man did come and replace a piece of the pipe but nothing was done with the mold. Then on Nov. 9th, my hot water heater does not give any hot water, called the owner who accused me of doing something to break it. The upstairs neighbor came down and could do nothing. The owner finally sent the plumber back and found that the wires on the breaker box were burned. He did fix it but I was without hot water for 4 days. I have started a claim with my insurance company, [redacted], but can't finish it until the mold and rancid floor is taken care of.Desired Settlement: I would like my pieces of furniture restored, the mold stains on the floor taken care of as well as what is in the hot water closet. I just want a safe and clean place to live. The mold smell in bothering not only me but the neighbors upstairs that include 2 young children and 3 adults. What can be done?

Review: My Mother and Stepdad rented a house in Lodi on 7/27/11 through Town&Country Properties. They paid a $1,395.00 deposit. My sisters and I made repairs to the toilets, etc. at no cost to property management. The house was left in far better condition than when they moved in. Dad died 2 years ago and my Mom died 4/07/14. We paid the rent for the month of June to be sure it was clean and ready for the next renters. We have since contacted Town&Country Properties several times requesting the deposit back to no avail. Phone calls and emails are not returned. I understand this has been an on-going issue with Town&Country Properties. Please advise.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund back as well as all attorney fees affiliated with this issue if not returned within 30 days.
