I should've done more research when looking to rent a property from this company
Absolutely a horrible and dishonest experienceWhen I moved into the property it was in okay conditionReally nice place but just not taken care ofChipped wall paint, ripped carpet, stains in the carpet (Which they guaranteed were cleaned, but once re-cleaned due my insistence, you could tell a difference), overall presence of the place when I moved in was disappointing
When I first met the owner he was interested in something that my company offered, Reputation ManagementThis was a HUGE Red Flag but it was too lateObviously they have an ethics problem
I was charged and nickeled & dimed for the most ridiculous thingsThe worst was a $cleaning chargeThe property was times cleaner when I moved out not to mention that I followed and did everything their move out form requestedI've never had a problem with leases or getting a deposit back, ever!

We have had the pleasure of having [redacted] to represent Town and Country and show us a couple of rental properties. Although we were only planning to look at two properties, [redacted] took the time to ask questions to see if she could better assist us. As we were not completely confident in the suitability of the two, she had a third property in mind which was a great fit for us. I commend [redacted] and Town and Country Realty for taking such time, patience, and professionalism in finding the right place for us.
