Thank you for letting me know about this complaint. We worked on Mr *** roof top air conditioner to stop it from partial freezing ups., which is a problem they have always had., being this the case., We thought of a possibility of it being caused by a minor leak, or non condensables in the system. we deep vaccum the system., gave a shot of Freon leak sealant., and re-charged fresh Freon. We also check voltage., capacitors, serviced all motors and blower wheels., cleaned the evaporator, check motor ohms., cleaned the condenser coil fins from inside outcontactor, controls., etc.next day in the morning he called to let us know about his system not cooling., He demanded emergency service., We went right away., worked all day for the same money doing things like deep cleaning the evaporator coils and fins with more labor intense expense., acid and applying strong air pressure. We installed a new filter againand re-checked everything., including freon pressures and temperatures.We left it like new., When I let him know We were doneWe went up the roof to bring all the tools downand when I came back to adjust the thermostat temperature so it wouldn't get so cold, he locked the door to not let us in anymore maybe trying to avoid paying for more labor when in reality we had no intensions to charge him anything. We left unappreciated for our hard work on a hot day. He told me they were going to call another company to check on my work.He himself agrees that the air conditioner worked great after the other company "cleaned the motor". WE ARE THE ONES WHO CLEANED IT. the other company told them there was nothing wrong with the unit, WE DID FIX IT!they said that there were no leaks and no need for freon. WE DID OUR JOB! That's why it had no leaks and needed no freon. we charged up with fresh freon.THANK YOU ALL. we don't need to steel freon to make a living. We have lots of customers who will attest to this

I am rejecting this response because:a[redacted] admits that my air conditioning unit only needed cleaning,then why did a[redacted] charge twice for using unneeded freon.furthermore how is it that a[redacted] ran up a dollar bill for multiple visits when the cleaning could have been
performed much cheaper with the first visit instead of requiring a total of three visits to resolve what was a simple cleaning issue from the beginning.a[redacted] needs to ? answer with specifics these issue and not obfuscate the issue as he is attempting to? do.no? resolution should be accepted without his addessing these issues
