Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:a [redacted] admits that my air conditioning unit only needed cleaning,then why did a [redacted] charge twice for using unneeded freon.furthermore how is it that a [redacted] ran up a dollar bill for multiple visits when the cleaning could have been performed much cheaper with the first visit instead of requiring a total of three visits to resolve what was a simple cleaning issue from the beginning.a [redacted] needs to answer with specifics these issue and not obfuscate the issue as he is attempting to do.no resolution should be accepted without his addessing these issues Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]
