a physical damage claim due to running over or into something breaking an A-ARM part on the ATVWe had to order the part which takes 4-days to come in and then schedule a tech to fix unit and we had unit fixed and we called them on April 5, that it was ready and young man came and picked so we actually fixed the unit within weeks of being dropped off at dealershipThe young man that came to pick the unit up was very polite and wanted to know what kind of insurance he needed to get to protect from these types of damages that were not covered by warrantyWe are going to extend an offer of a free oil change service to the customer if they will bring the unit back in as a jester of good will for the misunderstanding but in no way is Big Delta Powersports Inc admitting any fault in the ordeal
