Complaint: [redacted] I do not mind going down their for them to inspect the tire but since I have been blown off three times by the associate [redacted] and the time when I bought these tires I was never told they would have no road hazard, considering you have giant signs in your buildings talking about road hazard this should be explained to the consumer when a tire does not come with itThe tires do say they come with flat repair but [redacted] was very adamant that they can not be repaired without looking at themIf town fair does an inside patch like it claims online it should have no problem repairing a run-flat tire thenOr maybe in general it was poor sealing from the beginningEither way I do want them looked at but can I trust them to do a good job since so far there has been an extreme lack of communicationAs well as since I do work, I can not make it to that location until 5pm m-f or anytime Saturday but I do not want to be stuck without my car all day Saturday like I was when I created an appt for them to be installed that meant nothing when I got there Sincerely, Christopher Gallo
