. ***, you will NEED a $750 security deposit that they demand they take out of your account, which is not made clear when booking this hotel until upon your arrival. When I tired to do this security deposit that is unnecessary, the machine said "declined". Therefore, we had to put it on a another credit card. However, looking at bank statements, even through it said declined it WAS taken out of my account. They say it is not taken out, it is a "hold", but it surely is taken out. Therefore, the company had $1,500 of our money for a ONE night stay. When I called the hotel to follow up about this concern, they had no recollection of this happening to in their system, as if it never happened. All they say is you will receive the money back, but that is not the point. The point is they have no record of this happening and the fact that it said declined, although it did happen. ***

The room has a balcony but you are not allowed to use it.

The wifi does not work

They tell you parking is "$30" but then they charge you tax on top of that

The front desk staff a *** and not helpful at all.

We are paying 500 dollars a night and the bed sheets had yellow stains in them and hair clumps on them. As well, the door to the bathroom is split in two and the walls are extremely dirty. The bathtub has chips out of it, and not all people are included in the breakfast, which is across the street. The carpet is unclean and appears outdated in the hallways and the elevators are small and lack floor indicators on most floors. Also, the elevators are not accessible by wheelchairs from your underground parking. The cupboards are falling apart and there is no dish liquid or cloth available in the kitchen. There was electrical work unfinished and wires hanging out of the wall. This is a hazard for anyone in the room, especially my 8, 6 and 3 year old children. The walls are also showing dents and raised areas of disrepair. The chairs in the living room also had stains on them and needed to be cleaned professionally. The patio had no access and overall we were totally disappointed with our accommodations.
