My experience with this company will make me never go there again! I got an jeep Cherokee I test drove it and it kept stalling out at lightsI brought this up upon return of the test drive, assistant manager said it was the starter wires just to tape themThey had the vehicle hrs before signing papers why didnt they fix this problem if it was truly the "starter wires"? The day after I drove it off the lot I was driving home with my kids on a highway and it stalled out no power steering, no breaks nothing! I bring it the assistant managers attention telling him its the ignition switch, he kept saying its the starter wires when they get wet (more so calling me a liar and said I didnt know what I was talking about)All starter wires on any vehicle get wet it wouldn't happen on just a jeep! Which happens to be a CHRYSLER productI called the main chrysler cooperation and wow look at that my vechicle that instant auto sold me is on recall! Yes Chrysler is doing what they need to do to make this right with meI called instant auto back and the assistant manager said I was being a *** and just calling to ***How can my vehicle pass their "inspection" when a part is on recall? My sister was on her way there to get a vehicle and I literally called her and told her not to get a vehicle from them that I would go some where else with her to get oneWhy wont instant auto help make things right? Is it because im Mexican? If I had an American last name this woyld have been dealt with accordingly!
This is a terrible company. AT ALL COSTS PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE They lied about questions I specifically asked about the cars transmission and covered up damage to the windshield by placing stickers on cracks, covering up the dirty( literally mounds of dirt)carpet with floor map stickers?to purchase a car, covering up previously exposed wheel damage and pieces of the top of the engine hidden in places in the car under the seats in compartments and fuel line damage undermeath the car exposing all th
se dangerous lines. After a week the car started on breaking down the third week it broke down and the manager suggested voluntarily repossession and never apologized that the sales rep lied about the car. They also claim to give $100 referrals which they never gave and they have blamed me in which after a month the transmission is in the $2500 to fix. After I just purchased the car 2 months ago. Later on from another coworker found out that they told her the same thing " voluntary reposession" after having the car for 6 months it broke fown and she had to fight the company in court so her credit wouldnt be affected.And it's breaking down and they knew what was wrong with the car and how their sales rep and the company lied and manipulated others based on other reviews I read. The company SCS Credit Corp is also a collection agency which if they know you stop making payments and they finance the junk cars their making double the money. BUYER BEWARE
