Their rates are not competitive in the area and yet they couldn't complete a work order for a residential pump-out in six days, and still said that we'd just need to wait around for their call thus week and they would get to us when they could. The staff was unhelpful and vague. I called another local company, got it scheduled for the next morning, and saved a hundred bucks. I wouldn't recommend this company to my dog.
