I came here to enjoy the mountains and the attractions on route 441, not buy a used car from the localsHaving a car swap meet on the main stip is idiodicNot only was the traffic impossible, the car owners took any parking availableI have been to many large functions, this one was a huge let down to my family and ITo get to and from the National Park we had to take the back roads unless we wanted to wait in traffic forever to get to the main entrance.( Where the welcome/ info center center is located)We avoided the guest attractions at all costsI was advised to do so by a business ownerInstead of having lunch and dinner in town, we we to the supermarket and made our meals in our cabinOn a positive note, I saved about a grand that I planned to spend here in your townWe also plan to leave a day early, eating the non-refundable cabin costThanks COC for your poor planningYour board should stick to planning birthday parties!!!!
I towed my Buick Rendezvous for a diagnosedIt came out that my ignition lock cylinder was the problem my car wasn't starting at allThey told me that it was an 1-hour job, SO days go byThen, I called and they said it was ready, they said it had been ready since the day before and that they couldn't call me because it closing time when they got it doneSo the next day my wife goes for our car but the car "wouldn't" startWell I guess they were supposed to charge the battery but THEY DIDN'TSo my wife got told that they were sorry and even offered to deliver my car to our house without any feesBy the way at this time I had already paid for the service of changing the cylinder lock of $BUT more hours go by so she called but the technicians were at lunchSo I decided to go get the car myselfWhen I get there they told me that the engine wouldn't stay onLater that day they call me and tell me that the fuel pump, sending unit was the problemThe total was going to be $There's no way I could pay for that so I told them that I couldn't pay that much and that I was just going to tow my car back to my house, they said OKAnyways the next day I go in around o'clock to get my car and to boot it they had the car up on the racks, BUT the fuse box, and all the instrument panel inside the car were still off!! When they told me they had finished the service of changing the ignition cylinder lock AND that was ALREADY paid forAnd because of that I had to wait more days to be able to get my car back because Sundays they are closedSo with that I felt I was lied to by service technicians and I wasn't happy at allFirst time customer and I'm very positive it will be my lastWith this experience, I see the lack of effort from technicians in the service department...I will never again take any of my cars to weld county garage- [redacted] *
I am writing this review to warn others that this could happen to you.First I want to say Jared is a good salesman.We first bought a 2007 Buick Lucern that we drove home.A trip that should have been 55 miles ended up only 30 on the odometer.They did take the car back and we got a 2013 Chevy Cruz. We were in an accident that was not our fault so we looked into diminished value.We went to to other dealerships and they said between 5000 and 7000 for loss.The insurance company notified us that our car had already been in an accident before we bought it.We had asked for the car fax and what we saw was clean. When I talked to a manager about the diminished value he said there was very little.He told me he had a lot of cars that had as much damage as mine had and he was not obligated to tell customers how much damage the car had.So as a warning ask how bad the damage was .
The vehicle has been back in to our service department. The concern has been identified and repaired. The concern was caused by two seperate issues. One was covered by the customer's extended warranty and the other concern was caused by a maintenance issue. Both concerns were repaired and the...
