After reviewing the account history it does appear there was network issue on the 12/which prevented the customer from using their gift card. However, the customer was able to use the card at the follow locations:
12/26/Polson $
12/31/Bonner $
1/2/
Anaconda $
1/15/Missoula #$
The current balance on the card is zero. Since the customer was able to use the card after the 12/and was able to spend their balance the no reimbursement will be offered. I have direct the district manager to into Mr*** actions. Based on the outcome of the investigation appreciate based on the outcome of the investigation approbate disciplinary action will be taken
