The tenants moved into this house March 2017.  On 3-13-17 and again on 3-20-17, the tenants reported problems with the sewer line.  We sent a plumbing company on both occasions, and both times the clog was soft and pushed on through.  The tenants signed a lease stating that all...

plumbing stoppages were the responsibility of the tenant.  Since the stoppages occurred close to the move in date, we gave the tenants the benefit of the doubt and asked the owner to pay the charges.Five months passed without sewer issues, and the tenant reported a problem.  The plumbing company went and again pushed through a soft clog.  Per the lease, this is tenant responsibility.  There is no problem with the sewer line itself.We are unaware of a problem with the insulation in the property.  the owner has stated that they personally insulated the attic.
