Revdex.com:This is absolutely ridiculous!...no good will on behalf of the company for poor workmanshipNothing but automated messaging from Revdex.com I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted]

The business is basically saying too bad in this caseThere is nothing referenced in his note stating that the issue will be resolved! Just states that he will not fix and he doesn't like getting a complaint filedHe references that the house was built in 1955, but this has ZERO bearing on the issueThe driveway is in much better shape than he states as it was replaced in the last years, when the detached garage was builtIf anyone visited my home, you can clearly see the discoloration/streaking in the sealI can provide more information in regards to the building of garage and driveway if neededProof that this was installed well beyond 1955! Please let me know what further information you'd like to have

I drove by customers house and looked at driveway, scratching my head because it looks fine? We applied one standard coat of sealer with feet hot rubber as was contracted to doNow that I mention the year old age of driveway, customer says maybe this is an age discrimination issue? What? This is total nonsenseCustomers complaint has no meritThe driveway has been sealed in a workmanship like manner

As I take any customer complaint seriously, having a stellar reputation without one single complaint to the Revdex.com in years in business and 1000's of satisfied customers , I am deeply saddened t that I cannot make this particular customer satisfiedBased on the age and condition of driveway, the
discoloration from working the brush strokes back and forth, up and down to ensure a good functional job is requiredCustomer called later same day before sealer was dry and said it does not look consistent and as good as when driveway was newerI came out next day when driveway was dry and concluded it looked fine based on age and conditionI agreed to come out with a bucket of sealer to smooth out area with minor discoloration from different brush strokedCustomer tried to point out small sealer splash on side of brick, I said I don't believe that was from MXP and could not wipe it off with one of out heavy duty wipes, if It was fresh, it would of scrubbed right offIs is possible, that a house built in could have an old small splash of sealer on it? I also mentioned that another cote of sealer would eliminate most of the minor imperfections but advised him to just put that money towards the next sealcoat job in too yearsLess that one percent of customers asked for a two coat application other than a high traffic, commercial entrywaysOverall the driveway looks great based on the age, cracks that were sealed with hot rubberIn summary, I regret getting a compliant and fell it is totally without warrantThank you

Business is confident the job is satisfactory, the driveway is fine, and therefore no refund is forthcoming

Revdex.com:please see attached images...they clearly outline the streaking and no-matching color that was to blend within days according to MXPPictures also show driveway is in excellent condition regardless of ageMXP does not stand behind workmanship or word to customersFeels as his MXP just preys on folks for the quick cash.

The business is basically saying too bad in this case. There is nothing referenced in his note stating that the issue will be resolved!  Just states that he will not fix and he doesn't like getting a complaint filed. He references that the house was built in 1955, but this has ZERO bearing on the issue. The driveway is in much better shape than he states as it was replaced in the last 15 years, when the detached garage was built. If anyone visited my home, you can clearly see the discoloration/streaking in the seal. I can provide more information in regards to the building of garage and driveway if needed. Proof that this was installed well beyond 1955!  Please let me know what further information you'd like to have.

Customer states in his own words " Driveway is 15 years old". We did a great job seal coating his driveway in a workmanship like manner as we do all our work. My goal is always for repeat business. Seal coating a 15 year old driveway will protect and make better, but its not a new driveway. We get great positive reviews every day for out great work, and rarely a complaint. Again, I regret customer is not fully satisfied.

Revdex.com:
I am not satisfied with any of these responses. The driveway is in pristine condition prior to MXP.  We strive to maintain all aspects of our property.  I'm not interested in how many positive responses MXP would receive in a given time period...providing good work should be a given fact. It amazes me how differently mxp's responses have been over the phone compared to this thread of messages. [redacted] offered money back if I was not completely happy after 30 days of him coming back out. I believe the 30 day statement was simply a ploy to divert blame and shift around any form of refund. Perhaps this is not about the age of my driveway, but the age of my wife and I. Each response calls to the age of something!  First the age of the home, then the age of the driveway. Maybe this is simply an age discrimination matter?
