I have been a resident at Town Village South Apartment for almost a year now The management is extremely biast The atmosphere is concerning and full of apparent drug-related activities though there are police officers here regularly There is repetitive loud music, violence, management complaints to tenants who try to maintain there apartments and privacyThe upkeep is very laxMaintenance rigs things together, they do not REPAIR Management has repeatedly fallen short on their end of maintenance and expectation though they have, with in this year, added 2-new men to staff Rather than maintaining the air filters and leaks the management try to take pictures of residents in attempts to claim broken policy violations and collect fines They even entered my dwelling, took a social security card from luggage belonging to a friend out of town, and then took a picture of me and a man at a dumpster putting out trash to try to claim I had a man living in my apartment against policy & he did not belongTried to fine me for the broken policy This was untrue and proven as such by that the man in the picture was MY 15yr old SON who is listed on my lease Staff/management likely had a distorted perception & so he was unrecognizable by the staff as a child due to their probable (apparent) involvement in the drug activities
The place needs ALL new staffingNEW MANAGEMENT AND STAFF to rid the cancer of property management is the only way this place at this point can better its environmentThe unresponsive fat Sherrif living on the grounds who when I was attacked in my apartment did nothing (like the staff) isn't workingNot even coupled with the consistent police drive throughs who are usually looking for a predator of some type And Yes, I am moving It's been enough!!! I could NEVER recommend a property to my peers that has any of these staff members on board In fact I will always strongly warn against it
