Product never delivered.My refrigerator was supposed to be delivered between the hours of 1:30 and 5:30pm. At 4:14pm on the day of delivery, one of the representatives called to notify me that the driver was running about an hour behind schedule. At 5:46pm, a different representative called me to make sure I still wanted delivery today- I said "yes" (I had had my refrigerator removed that morning in preparation for the new fridge and my perishable food items were sitting in coolers, so I needed my fridge delivered that day). At 6:01pm I get a call from the driver asking me if I still wanted the item delivered- I said "yes", and he said he would be there soon. At 6:35pm the driver calls again, and says he was sent to the wrong address so he would have to reschedule. I reiterated that I couldn't reschedule because I needed a fridge as soon as possible so that my food wouldn't spoil. He said he would contact his office and get back to me. He never got back to me. I wasn't able to get a hold of him or any of the other people that had contacted me throughout the day. The driver did call me back once, but immediately hung up when he realized he was calling me. I never heard from anyone and I did not get my fridge delivered. Desired SettlementI want my fridge delivered ASAP (which will probably happen before this claim is finalized) AND I also want reimbursement for my perishable food items that had to be thrown out as a result of this companies negligence.Business Response We received the order for the refrigerator for 7/17 delivery. The customer is correct, our truck was running late, but once ready to go there found out the address was incorrect and the driver was not near that area. The customer or in this case [redacted] supplies us the address. We do not make the sale on the product, we deliver to the information provided to us. The address was corrected and our next available day to get scheduled was 7/19 and the delivery was completed that day.

This company failed to contact me during my allotted window of time of 2-6PM. The staff at the 800 number was very unprofessional.I had to contact the company to try to figure out the time that my appliances would be delivered. I was told that I would be notified 30 minutes prior to the delivery people arriving. At 5:24, I called because I should have been getting a call at that time at the latest. I was told then that I would be getting a call in just a few minutes. I called again at 5:45 and again at 6PM because I still did not receive a call. I was disconnected at 5:45 while I was on hold and the staff did not bother to contact me again. I told them each time that I had final exams for graduate school and had to leave my house by 6:45PM to go take my final at 7PM. I did not receive a telephone within the window of time that was given to me and I still stayed home until the last second possible and still be able to make it to my final exam on time. This entire experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. The staff is not respectful or compassionate [redacted] did they acknowledge that they are at fault in this matter. I am very frustrated. I should have been studying and relaxing prior to my exam not spending my time on the telephone trying to figure out when I am going to receive the $2662 worth of appliances that I ordered. This has caused me so my stress and frustration that I cannot begin to express the extent of it.Desired SettlementI need to be compensated for this happening. As I was filing this complaint, I finally received a telephone call from this company ([redacted]). The new delivery will take place tomorrow. I had previously spoken to [redacted] and she told me that I would get the next available because I was not home at the time of the delivery. Unbelievable. I could not believe the words that I was hearing. Was she saying that I was to blame for my appliances not being delivered? I have done a complaint against this company and [redacted] I believe that both companies are to blame. I do appreciate [redacted], he was very professional and did acknowledge the shortcomings of this company, [redacted] Air [redacted]. I should already have my appliances so the mistakes that were made cannot be undone but I do appreciate getting my appliances 2 days later verses 7 days or greater. The staff really needs customer service training. [redacted] stated that he already had a discussion with the staff. Thank you for your professionalism [redacted].: [redacted] Lied to me. The very same night that he told me that my delivery would be between 9:30AM and 1:30PM, I received an automated telephone call stating that it would be delivered between 2PM and 6PM. I have another final exam tonight and have been placed in a position that I will not have much time to inspect my appliances and it will be dark outside. This is the worst company in the world. I just received a message stating that I should expect my delivery between 5-6 PM. After what has taken place, I should have been the very first delivery. I spent so much time on the telephone with this company and it just seems that they do not care about professionalism. They do not take care of the customer at all. They want to provide poor service but have very strict rules for themselves and not being responsible for the appliances after they drop them off. Once again unacceptable, I am not pleased at all. This is the worse group of people that I have ever had to deal with after spending so much of my money.
