I am responding to the complaint filed by [redacted]. I did have his car in my shop on 2 different occasions. I am not a paint shop, I am a collision repair shop. I explained this to [redacted] the first time, but he still wanted me to do the job.  When he brought it back the 2nd time, he...

wanted me to paint the molding, at which time I told him the paint wouldn’t adhere to it. The last time he was in the shop, the Police were involved and escorted him off my property and his car was towed from my shop, since it was not registered.  I have been in business for 24 years and treat my customers with respect, if this was a legitimate complaint, I would have taken care of it right away.
