Explained that I would prefer he communicate with Chris and ys he was with customer, also explained we would send new check via ups with tracking after he confirmed he indeed did not receive the check we sent out (see attached copy from previous response) we will mail check today with tracking Chris as was I both with customers most of the day yesterday, and by no means was there any deliberate intention of not calling him backwill call customer ad give him tracking info today!
