Review: On 9/18 I took my vehicle Toyota corolla 2003 which had failed inspection for repairs. I had bought the parts that needed repairs. I paid $348.00 for the work to be done including replacement of a tire. When I picked up the vehicle, I was told by the mechanic that I parts I bought were old and the wheel bearing was of a cheap quality so that vehicle will not perform well. When I took the vehicle, it was worse than when I took it for repairs. The noise in the wheel bearing was worse, and the old tire was put in the truck for me to dispose of. In my almost 14 years in the US, I have never been giving an old tire to dispose of from a car-shop. Worst of all, I went back to the shop to try to discuss with the mechanic, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Very argumentative and would not let me explain what another mechanic who finally repaired the car advised. He had put in the evap canister improperly and the other mechanic wanted to explain to him what he did wrong and fix to it but he would not listen. He kept insisting on the fact that the part was old.Desired Settlement: 1. I believe this mechanic should be inform that he should have a policy of issuing receipts to his customers.

2. He should have a policy which states that he will not install parts bought by the customer and if a customer brings his/her own part, they are responsible of the outcome. He never told me any of that, but took $150.00 to replace a wheel bearing and when it did not work, told me to bring another $180.00 for a new wheel bearing and workmanship. He charged me for placing a evap canister which did not work and gave me my used tire to dispose. I still have the tire in my truck where he put it, without informing me. I found it accidentally when I was trying to put stuff in the truck. I don't know where and how to dispose of tires. I need him to tell me to bring the tire so that he can dispose of it the proper way. He told the cost of tire was $48.00 and $25.00 for bouncing/balancing/disposal.

3. This mechanic should be advised to be professional, not rude and argumentative.

4. I would like to him refund part of my money for the wheel bearing and evap canister replacement which did not work and I had to go to another mechanic for repairs.
