I have spoken to [redacted] and understand her concerns After reviewing the series of events with all parties involved at the dealership I can see where we may have lacked truly clear communication to the customer to make sure the fully understood that the only approval we could secure from a bank was with the Uncle listed first on the loan and [redacted] as second While again I understand from listening to [redacted] that they were not fully aware prior to coming in to take delivery of the vehicle, but I also from speaking to the staff and looking at the paperwork that in no way did the staff intentionally mislead or hide the details To the contrary He was diligent in making sure to highlight the spots for the "buyer" in one color and for the "co-buyer" in a different color to help identify and show the details of the loan and clearly who was signing as buyer and co-buyer Both Towne and the finance manager involved would never jeopardize our integrity or reputation just to deliver one more car, it never has been nor ever will be our practice And from my months of working with this finance manager there has not been one instance of misleading or misrepresenting the details of a loan, and he certainly does not benefit from us delivering one more vehicle His goal is to find a solution that can best help the customer get into a vehicle at the best scenario for the customer and with a structure that the bank will accept We all sincerely apologize for the confusion or miscommunication and wish there was an option for us to go back to the bank to see about switching the buyer/co-buyer, however at this point the banks do not allow us to engage in any form of re-financing on vehicles Thanks for the time and consideration Jim [redacted] Gen Manager Towne CDJR [redacted]

I want to know why the loan was processed this way and how to correct the loan if possible.
