2/7/18 Telephone response obtained from the company as follows: The company stated they did not install a complete new garage door system. The company stated the garage had been damaged by the daughter hitting it and they only installed a new opener with 2 remotes & a keypad, they replaced...

4 of the garage door panels, a piece of vertical trim and a piece of vinyl trim that were damaged and they oiled the door. The company stated all components of the garage were not damaged and some parts were re-used. The company stated the consumer had another company replace the spring and asked them for reimbursement, the company stated they did not install a new spring and they will not warranty a item/part that they did not install new.
