Owner made no attempt to respond to texts, emails or calls for a month [redacted] took over as real estate agent for our home in June when our agent left (under somewhat strange circumstances)It started off very well and she was in great communication with us about our upcoming open houseA few weeks into our contract, we became concerned that the showings of our home had stoppedThen, no one came to our open house (with our previous agent we had at our open house)I attempted to contact [redacted] via email, text and calls over several weeks to inquire about the instant lack of interest in our homeShe did not respondAt allI had to contact her assistant regarding the ending of our contract and a week went by after she said she was sending the paperwork I finally received a text back from [redacted] last night stating that her assistant will be over to get the key box and signs from our yardI hope they are gone when I get homeThis has been such a terrible experience that we are not re-listing our home for a whileWe hope to find someone much better when we decide to re-list

Then, no one came to our open house (with our previous agent we had 5 at our open house). I attempted to contact [redacted] via email, text and calls over several weeks to inquire about the instant lack of interest in our home. She did not respond. At all. I had to contact her assistant regarding the ending of our contract and a week went by after she said she was sending the paperwork.

I finally received a text back from [redacted] last night stating that her assistant will be over to get the key box and signs from our yard. I hope they are gone when I get home. This has been such a terrible experience that we are not re-listing our home for a while. We hope to find someone much better when we decide to re-list.
