Review: I was contacted by a woman named [redacted] from ###-###-#### on February 10, 2014 advising me my name was chosen for a free vacation for registering with the bridal registry. On 2/16/14, my husband and I visited a seminar in which we were promised a FREE vacation for newlyweds or those soon to be married just for attending. After the presentation, we were advised if we chose to purchase some Townecraft cookware, we would receive 2 free all-inclusive vacations; 1- 5 day 4 night in the Caribbean and 1- 5 day 4 night in the United States. All we had to do was get there. We decided to purchase the cookware and were told we would receive the cookware by 2/21/14 and our vacation vouchers by 2/28/14. We did not receive our cookware until 2/24/14 and have yet to receive our vacation vouchers. I have called our seminar representative, [redacted] at ###-###-#### on the following dates:

2/23/14 @ 9:47am, 10:11am, 11:52am, and 3:18pm, 2/24/14 @ 10:53am, 1:27pm, and 4:06pm-no answer, voicemail full and unable to receive messages. When I got home after 5pm 2/24/14 I had received my cookware. 2/27/14 @ 1:37pm got now answer, only a message stating the mailbox was full and unable to accept messages and 3/3/14 @ 6:01pm I finally was able to make contact with [redacted] at ###-###-#### and advised him I had not received my vacation packages and that my contact information was incorrect. He let me know he was traveling up north during the snowstorms and would be back in the office by Wednesday 3/5/14. He stated he would get everything corrected and I should have my vouchers by Monday 3/10/14. If not, please call him.

I still have not received my vouchers and have contacted [redacted] 3/8/14 @ 8:00pm and 8:01pm, 3/12/14 @ 8:42am-still no answer, only an error message stating the box is full, however the voicemail message has been changed. [redacted] works for a company called [redacted] and is scamming people using your products and I thought you would want to know. Please contact me!Desired Settlement: I FEEL WE WERE SCAMMED AND I NEED SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME ABOUT THIS ISSUE. I feel the entire thing was a scam and only want my $90 deposit I put down for the cookware returned to me, the contract voided, to return the cookware to you. It is a very unfortunate that this situation turned out the way it did. Just when you think and still hang on the thought that there is still come good in people, scams like this happen and continue to increase your belief that all good in humankind is gone. I have contacted the Revdex.com case #[redacted] under [redacted] advising them of the same and letting them know I was going to contact you and the media outlets about this issue. Your organization is being represented by [redacted] and it is givng your organization a bad name.

Your organization has an A+ rating with the Revdex.com. Can you please help me with this issue. All I want as I mentioned earlier is my $90 refunded and the contract voided!
