Townecraft

Review: I purchased a water filter from Townecraft and made payment in full totalling 700.00 and water filter came with lifetime warrenty. Representative [redacted] as listed on his business card) failed to make repairs my children have gotten sick due to water going unrepaired.

He has very abusive in the manner in which he collected my payments to the point of stating he would report me to immigration! (very racial situation)

I don't believe that he made proper arragement for payment plan and I think that this water system is not even trade marked by Townecraft as listed on web page.

I attemped several times to contact company directly but did not get a response. I also attempted to get assistance with Chicanos Por La Cause to persue my request but they did not get call back from Towncraft.Desired Settlement: I have all my receipts of all payments ($700.00 worth of cash payments) made to [redacted] working out of [redacted] with cell phone number ###-###-####
