Townfair Apartments

Hi,
This email is in regards to [redacted] who filed a complaint on TownFair Apartment.
The [redacted] move out on 9.03.16 but didn’t leave a forwarding address, their refund check was cut in the amount of $432.89 and mailed out on 9.21.16 to the last known address.  After the check was cut...

the [redacted] called about their refund and was told the amount and the address of where it was being sent.  An updated address was given to us that point and which we entered into the system and notified our accounting department about it.  Then they had to wait and see if the check was returned which it hadn’t.  A stop payment was put in place before another check could be cut.
