Review: We at the City of Crandon ordered Townhall software for our office back in 2013 for the amount of $4048.00 with the intention of beginning use of the software in January 1, 2014. We spent a lot of time entering all of our information, but then got hung up regarding a few different items. We attempted to contact the business many times, with no response. Both phone calls and emails were ignored. Therefore we had no answers to our questions and could not begin using the software as planned the first of the year. This went on for months, trying to get in contact with Townhall Software. We finally were ready to give up and I made 1 last call and got an answer. We did some short training with one of the support staff, again needed questions answered and she was going to get back to us and never did. After that in January I sent a letter asking them to refund our original amount paid of $4,048.00 with no response. Our City Attorney sent a letter in April asking for a refund, with no response. I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to try to use a product that states they will provide support but when it's needed they are not available. Please help. Thank you.Desired Settlement: We have no intentions of working with a company that does not provide support. Please send a full refund.
