Townhouse Galleries-Huntsville

There are issues with a sofa purchased from Townhouse Galleries and I have been unable to get these resolved working with company management
I purchased a Stickley Essex sofa from Townhouse Galleries in February (sales agreement #XXXXX) Last spring (May timeframe) I contacted Townhouse Galleries (Penny) with concerns about the comfort of this sofaI initially believed the sofa cushions were the problem The cushions were subsequently replaced but I still believe there is something wrong with the way my sofa sits I contacted Townhouse Galleries several weeks ago with my continued concerns and spoke initially with Penny and then Judy ***During this time I sat on a virtually identical sofa of the one I purchased and did not notice the issues I am having with mine In my last conversation with Ms*** I mentioned this to her and she stated she would look further and be back in touch with me(December 28)As of today I have not received a response from Ms*** I
