this guy is making this stuff up he brings in the homeless people in his room with there belongings and he leaves them in his room for days at a time then the rent was due and he had a payee and canelled them be the end off the month so we called them and they told us he became his own payeeso they didn't want to take his responsibityso in the mean time he stayed an extra week lying to us that the payee is sending the checkand the guy stilled hasn't clammed his stuff he should have the decency to take his stuff from here as far as bugs he looked at the room first and it was okay, and he also stayed two months in that room if it was a problem why didn't he leave

In reference to Townhouse Motel Management there response is completely fabricated. It clearly tells me when they stated I would let homeless  people stay in my room when I was not there, 
is them trying to use this story to justify that they have taken and intend to keep it from me. I was there because I was mislead to believe it 
was a safe place for me to stay for a short period until I resolved personal matters. In finding a permanent place and obtaining my drivers license. I kept to myself I'm bi-polar 
I trusted no one there.
I didn't stay there because they wouldn't give me my money back to move and I couldn't deal with the people there or ck roaches in my room they
were in every room all over the motel. 
They were angry towards me of my complaints and refused to do anything about the roaches or other tenant behaviors.
She said (manager) she would not give my money back that my payee would have to get it I tried to show this letter to her but she refused to read it so 
I was forced to leave my things there and live on the streets coming to shower daily there only she knew that I told her numerous times. I had my tools
computer accessories 
DVD store mp4 player stereo headphones numerous CD and DVD's Nice clothing my own bedding towels shoes my 
drawings and airbrush and numerous art materials fans my sister bought electronic tools and parts monitor I was upgrading 17 inch Flat screen TV/monitor 
I repaired dishware plastic storage containers work lights wall clock maple frame mirror numerous comedies and house cleaning products ice chest very nice clothes and 
sweaters and shoes.
I had give John RM121 the maintenance guy there a lot of nice clothes he needed he knows I had a lot quality items in that room. 
He has been working under the table fro them and driving there truck without a license for a year. My sister brought my food 
frequently people there would knock on our door asking food drink money cigarettes all the time offer me drugs. The manager was hateful towards me 
because I complained and there is no doubt in my mind I will have a lot of things missing from my personal she said I couldn't get my things unless I pay over $20000
I had to throw away my things worth that amount due to bed bugs and ck roaches
Her statement is not true its an excuse to make others assume homeless people were stealing my things
who stayed there if homeless or whoever was in there they were illegally in my room and someone let them in with a key.

Review: I am on SSI. I June 2014 my payee mistakely sent townhouse motel my rent for the month. I was not intending to stay another month there due to drug activity and ck roach serious problems in my room that motel management ignored my complaints. I had to buy cockroach spray with my own money that was inefective. There was also bed bugs.

The bathroom sink cabinet was so soiled from that it fell apart and water leaked constantly. my complaints to this were also unanswered motel management. I became my own payee and told management I wanted my money returned to move the female manager refusing to give her name told me I had to have my payee call her and tell her she was no longer my payee in order to refund my rent money. I obtained a tell from social security stating as of july 2014 I was now my own payee to present to motel management. The female manager refused to look at the letter and Kaitlin my then payee would not call her and tell her she was no longer my payee so I was forced to stay another month. cockroaches were all over my roon in my drawers and floor and continued complaints were ignored the management were very prejudiced towards me because they said I complaint too much.

I was forced to move the mattress and box spring out of roon on my own re-injuring my back and right shoulder.

I had throw away my personal sheets blankets and pillows and some clothing due to bed bugs and ck roaches infested in them. The manager were hardly around the motel and had been gone for over a full week prior to me leaving. I was not able to speak to her or her husband(Tex) regarding the seriousneses of my roon on the first of august a man was manager while they were gone. I told him I needed to talk with the owners because its costing me uncessary money to move. I couldnt get anyone to move. I couldnt get anyone to move my things due to fear of cockroaches getting in there vehicles. I am bi-polar I could not hanlde the situation I left motel to seek help and get medication for bed bug bites rashes itching management had taken my things out of room and put them in there storage and told me I had to pay $250.00 to get my things back.

Prior to that I didn not stay at noon and while I was gone someone was going in my room who had a key. manager Tex caugth them but didnt do anything nor call police. I never gave anyone permission to go into my room. I had washed and wrapped most of my things to prevent cockroaches from getting into my things again. it is very likely my property has ck roaches again because they stored them. My sister mailed me from New Mexico packages with T-shirts and gift cards weekly two packages were missing and management claims they never received them. They put motel residents mail out in the open where anyone could take their mail.Desired Settlement: I need to know if all my property is there and one missing and that I should not have to pay anything to retrieve my property for the treatment I received and items I lost and personal cost of spray and cleaning products that management were suppose to take care of and that they pay for and personal items that may be missing from my property. I declare under penalty of purjury that the forgoing is true and correct. [redacted]
