I contacted these people back in April and spoke with ***The assessor was quick to come out to assess the job, quick to provide an estimate along with providing help to know how many paper rolls to order and then nothingNo one would answer the phone, answer emails and this continuedMy contractor, who was doing extensive work in our home, notified me that the powder room was all prepped for the the Furr Company but I could not get any response from themWe moved back into the home and have been waitingWe were told that Bob Furr does excellent work and would be worth the waitIt is now August and my contractor finally got through to the job assessor (*** never has responded) and was informed that they would not be doing the jobCould they not have told me that three months ago? If the job was too small, just say soI will not recommend them to anyone! Unless you have a large job to provide them with lots of income - don't botherI have contacted a fourth generation company and they will be out within two weeksVery poor customer service, Mr and Mrs Farr!!!
