Revdex.com spoke with the business today and he stated the following - to reiterate what the customer stated: I have sent them letters and have called them numerous times to deposit the checks I send them promptlyA month ago I sent them a letter to please deposit and they called me back and let me
know hat there is nothing to worry about and everything is and was fine. Just as the customer stated per our phone conversations, everything is fine The computer generated an erroneous statement which she was told via telephone Apparently since we did not immediately answer the phone, the panic button was pushed.The business is requesting from the customer to know what the recommended frequency is for depositing their payment checks
