I had a chain link and a privacy fence installed by this company and both projects turned into a total nightmare during installation and warranty service after the sale
Certain things the salesman quoted me didn't happen
To summarize- the subcontractor showed up days early when I wasn't home, installed wrong size and type of gate, over tensioned the fence and bent a post, didn't properly set any of the posts in concrete, cut off several old posts instead removing, and the tension wire was installed to high(was not even close to ground level)
The privacy fence was installed 16" into my neighbors yard(property line clearly marked) I contacted General Manager numerous times to have it relocated, about two months later he sent his warranty crew out to fix it They did a sub-par job, the post was reset improperly and was VERY loose, the GM came out and looked it and sent the same crew out(against my wishes) and they performed the same sub-par job By now I am TOTALLY fed up with up with this company and their antics so I went out and PROPERLY set the post myself and finished the job

Fence took too long to complete- lot of posts had no concrete-- no corner posts- tying in fence to old rotten,year old post is not a great ideaNice double gate but doors swing inward not outward like old gate---own a camper,will lose feet of pad because of the way the doors swing.Wood not very good quality but is standard for most fence co.---- after job was finished both neighbors gates would not open---had to get a neighbor and about an hour to make them work again.this job costs about 2700.00--- wish I had taken the lower bid of I thought the extra would give me a better quality job-- it didn't.--- weeks too long for a two day fence jobToo many shortcuts by this coRating star
